The release saw a high degree of interest from first and second homebuyers, with 50 per cent of sales over the stage three launch weekend being sold to first home buyers. In total 87 per cent of lots in the first release were sold during the launch weekend.

Positioned 25km from Melbourne CBD and close to local amenities, Umbra features an abundance of grassed areas as well as cycling and walking paths, perfect for settling down in an area that has a genuine sense of community.

“It is becoming nearly impossible to purchase a home in Melbourne’s inner city suburbs that includes a backyard to entertain kids and friends at an obtainable price point. That’s why Umbra is doing so well as it still offers access to the great Australian dream,” Mr Lewison said.

Umbra is close to all essential amenities including the Greenvale Shopping Centre, Greenvale Reserve and a number of primary and secondary schools.

Residents close to the Tullamarine freeway allowing for easy access into the city.
